Please carefully read the following information which reviews how you can take part in the Keith's Appliances "15 Days of Gifts" Giveaway. Only participants who have met all of the requirements will be eligible to be chosen as winners.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Giveaway entry period dating December 1, 2023 through December 24, 2023 at 5:00PM EST visit https://www.keithscares.com and follow the instructions provided to complete and submit the online entry form to receive one (1) entry. All entries must be received by 5:00 PM EST on December 24, 2023 to be eligible. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void. Limit one (1) entry per person per email address throughout the Giveaway period.

HOW THE WINNER WILL BE CHOSEN & PRIZE CLAIM AND PICKUP (OR DELIVERY) DEADLINE: During the designated prize giveaway dates (December 10, 2023 through December 24, 2023) Keith's Appliances will randomly select one (1) winner daily by way of auto-generated script. Daily winners will be announced at 8PM on the Official Keith's Appliances Facebook Page and also notified via e-mail. Winners must respond to prize notification e-mail no later than January 15, 2024 otherwise their prize will be forfeited. Prize must be picked-up or delivered by January 31, 2024 otherwise their prize will be forfeited. Limit one (1) prize per person and/or household.

IMPORTANT SPAM / FRAUD REMINDER: Keith’s Appliances will contact all winner(s) by the methods listed in the previous section. We will never send you an email or Facebook and/or Instagram Direct Message asking for payment details, e.g. Credit Card information, etc. If you receive a message of any kind indicating you have won a prize which asks for payment details, please note this is NOT OUR TEAM; DO NOT SUBMIT PAYMENT DETAILS. Coupon is available for use at Keith's Appliance on qualifying purchases between December 1, 2023 and January 31, 2024 by either printing the coupon from the entry confirmation page or saving the coupon to your mobile device. Full coupon details and terms will be available on the entry confirmation page displayed after submitting the entry form. Valid in-store at Keith's Appliances towards your single qualifying appliance purchase of $999 or more made between December 1, 2023 and January 31, 2024. Limit of (1) coupon per customer and/or per household. Cannot be combined with any other offer(s) or discount(s) and cannot be applied to a previous purchase, including open orders awaiting delivery, clearance, Bargain Basement, or outlet items, or Contractor / Trade Partner orders. ELIGIBILITY: Online contests and giveaways run by Keith’s Appliances are open to residents of CT & RI within our normal delivery area who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. There is no purchase necessary to enter. Cannot enter no purchase necessary online contests and giveaways by mail, phone, in-store, or by any other means external of specified online method(s). Prize must be claimed by and delivered by and/or picked up by the date(s) noted in each online contest and/or giveaway. Void were prohibited. Employees of Keith’s Appliances, and any of its affiliated organizations and vendors, along with their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings and guardians) and/or those living in the same household as each are not eligible to win. If the selected winner does not agree to having a photo taken with Keith’s Appliances staff members and themselves [the winner] standing by the prize in-store at Keith’s Appliances, which will be shared publicly on Keith’s Appliances social media channels, and may also be included in Keith’s Appliances emails to our customer base, or on our website, the winner will be disqualified, the prize forfeited, and a new winner selected (a photo of the winner standing by the unit upon delivery, or next to our truck with the boxed unit if contactless delivery is selected, will be substituted for this requirement). If the selected winner meets the criteria of the previous two (2) statements, the winner will be disqualified, the prize forfeited, and a new winner selected. RIGHTS TO USER SUBMITTED PHOTO OR VIDEO CONTENT: For contests and giveaways which require a Photo or Video be submitted, by submitting such content to Keith’s Appliances by Email, Website Upload, Facebook Direct Message, Social Media Post and/or Comment, or by the requested or required method if other than those listed, you agree to allow Keith’s Appliances to use your submitted content, i.e. your giveaway entry, within but not limited to Facebook and Instagram posts, on our Website, or within TV and Web Commercials. If you have any concerns with your content being used as such please do not submit your Photo or Video as an entry.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION, INDEMNIFICATION, AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Prize is not transferable. Prize has no cash value. For instances where the prize is an in-store credit, i.e. a “$1,000 credit to be used on the range of your choice” the credit must be used toward the purchase of a single item; if the single-item costs $1,000 or less, it’s free (any remaining amount(s) unused will not be provided to the winner in the form of a cash prize, or be available to purchase a second item with); if the single-item costs $1,001 or more, the credit may be used toward the final purchase price of the single-item; likewise, when the prize is an in-store credit, if the winner has made a purchase during the entry period, they may opt to have the credit applied to their recent single-item purchase vs. selecting a new item/prize, as refunded to their original form of payment. If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Keith’s Appliances which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of all online contests and giveaways, Keith’s Appliances reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. In the event the online contest and/or giveaway must be cancelled for any reason, all entrants will be notified via e-mail, or via Facebook public post. Entrants shall indemnify and hold Keith’s Appliances, and each of its members, employees, officers, agents, vendors, and similar harmless from any and all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, demands, suits, expenses, and any other out-of-pocket costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses), monetary or other, which Entrant may incur or be liable for arising out of any claim by Entrant, or third party claim made or brought against Entrant or similar, based upon or arising out of: (a) any Entrant Action, including damages incurred by Entrant as a result of providing Credit Card details to those impersonating Keith’s Appliances online; (b) manufacturer defects in prize, including recalls, whether addressed or not by Entrant, or improper use, installation, or maintenance of prize; and (c) any allegations that any information provided by Entrant infringes or violates a third party’s intellectual property rights. Date prizes must be picked-up or delivered by will be noted within each Giveaway.

DISPUTES: As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, entrant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively, before a court. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages or expense incurred, including attorneys' fees.
